Some objectives may involve improving communication, resolving conflicts, rebuilding trust, strengthening intimacy, or pursuing any specific goals you desire to achieve.

3. Interactive Exercises Throughout the workshop, you and your partner will engage in interactive exercises and activities designed to promote self-awareness, empathy, and understanding between partners.

4. Ongoing Support Following the workshop, I will provide a 2-hour follow-up session, Additionally, each client will receive a personalized notebook containing all the materials used during the workshop, along with exercises tailored for ongoing development.
